Meet & Greet Guidelines for Friends of Darryl Worley (FODW)

Each member of the FODW will be eligible for four (4) Meet & Greet passes per year at select Darryl Worley concert appearances.

In order to participate in a meet and greet, you'll need to make a reservation via the website calendar. You will receive an e-mail a few days prior to the show with instructions on when and where to pick up your Meet and Greet passes.  Please have  valid photo identification with you.

Please be aware that Meet & Greet passes may not be available at every show and that venue restrictions may apply. We appreciate you reading over the following simple rules and your visit with Darryl will go very smoothly.


RULES AND GUIDELINES
 

• You will be allowed four (4) Meet & Greet passes per year.
• NO non-member guests will be allowed, including small children (see JR. FODW section below). Meet & Greet Passes are for FODW members only and are non-transferable. If you would like a friend/parent/spouse to attend the Meet & Greet with you, he or she will have to have their own FODW membership. If you have a child who is 12 and under - they are eligible to be a JR. FODW (please see the JR. FODW section below)
• You must login and request your Meet & Greet pass on the tour section of the website. Receipt of your request will be confirmed via e-mail. Passes are non-transferable and you will be asked for photo identification when picking up your passes the day of the show. 
• Each member is responsible for purchasing their own admittance to the concert. You must have tickets to the show to go to the Meet & Greet. Meet & Greet passes do not give the member any special privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
• Meet & Greet requests must be made at least two weeks before the show for which you are planning to attend. Get your requests in early!  Shows will be added to the tour section of the website as they are announced. 
• If you are awarded a Meet & Greet pass but do not attend, it will still be deducted from your 4 meet & greet opportunities that year.
• NO cell phones are allowed backstage.FODW membership DOES NOT guarantee you a Meet & Greet pass.
• Certain events (private engagements, fairs, festivals, casinos, benefits, etc.) may not allow Meet & Greet opportunities.
• You may only request one Meet & Greet pass per event.

HOW TO REQUEST A MEET & GREET

1. Request a Meet & Greet pass from the tour section of the website (you must be logged in).

2. Note your Special Needs or Requests (handicap accessibility, etc).  Please note that no unaccompanied minors will be admitted to a Meet & Greet.   

3. Once you have requested a Meet & Greet pass, you will receive an email confirming your request.

4. Once we have processed all requests, you will receive an email response confirming you have been put on the Meet & Greet list for the show requested and information on Meet & Greet time and location. 

5. Once your name has been added to the Meet & Greet list, your pass will be available at the main merchandise table an hour before the show.

6. Be sure to pick up your tickets no later than the time doors are scheduled to open.

7. You will receive specific instructions with your pass indicating when and where to meet for the actual meet and greet.


DO YOU KNOW A JR. FODW?

Who are JR. Friends of Darryl Worley? They're special fans under the age of 12  who love Darryl and want to show their support. They've got parents or legal guardians who are members of the FODW and want to join in on all the fun! JR. FODW members get their very own opportunity for four Meet & Greets per year. A JR. FODW membership is $5 and will be attached to the adult membership they are affiliated with. This adult MUST accompany them to any Meet & Greet they attend.  The JR. FODW will not be admitted to the Meet & Greet without an adult.
